Delivery Policy;
Large majority of orders are shipped within 3 working days of receipt of a confirmed payment.
They are delivered in:
- 5 to 10 working days from shipping, in case of delivery within India
- 5 to 18 working days from shipping, in case of delivery outside India
However in some cases particularly for fragile items, we may take longer, to ship the order.
We ship using the following service providers: Indian Postal Service, BlueDart, FedEx and DTDC.
Buyer needs to ensure and check that the shipping address is covered by the above courier services.
We ship on all weekdays (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays.
With each and every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
Shipping Charges:
For most products in our range standard shipping charges shall apply. However, for some large, fragile or high value items, special rates may be applicable, which shall be included in the shipping charges itself.
Service tax at applicable regulatory rates shall be charged on the shipping charges above.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely headache-free experience.
We assure you that all products sold on KINDUZ Shoppe are brand new and 100% genuine.
In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’, and you have intimated about it to us within 5 calendar days of delivery of the product, our Replacement promise has got you covered.
Possible resolution could be Replacement or Refund.
What is a Replacement?
If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition, you may request a replacement.
Returns are covered by a 5 calendar day replacement guarantee only if they are in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition, and you will be eligible for a free replacement in case you communicate back to us within 5 calendar days of delivery of the product.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
How do I return an item purchased on KINDUZ?
Returns are easy, simply follow these steps
- Contact us and provide your Order ID details
- Support team will confirm the return request and confirm if you will need to ship back the ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ products
- The Support team will request photographs of the ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ item to verify the same
- Where required, the address where you should ship the products back will be communicated to you. These will need to be shipped at your cost
- Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all original price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. If these are not present, the support team might not approve of the replacement or refund
- Once we have obtained, verified and confirmed the ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition, we will initiate the replacement or refund
Note:
- We support Replacement across most Product Categories in case of damaged or defective items, except for the following categories:
- KINDUZ Memberships
- KINDUZ Certifications
- KINDUZ Skill Assessments
- KINDUZ Workshops
- KINDUZ Events
- Virtual and downloadable material like documents and research reports
- Clothing items cannot be returned for obvious reasons
- Made-to-order/custom items
- In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you excluding shipping charges are transferred to your account
- Items once sold cannot be transferred to another party in any circumstance
I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?
Please call us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful. In case the replacement is already dispatched, you can reject the replacement item when it is delivered to you.
When are returns not possible?
There are certain scenarios where it is not possible for us to support returns:
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame
- Product is damaged because of use, or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
- Specific categories like clothing
- Virtual and downloadable material like documents and research reports
- Services such as KINDUZ Certifications, KINDUZ Skill Assessments, KINDUZ Workshops, KINDUZ Events
- Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies, accessories, price tags, labels, and invoice
- Made-to-order/Custom items
When are Refunds provided?
Refunds are issued when you have been found eligible for a replacement but we are not able to provide a replacement to you.
I’ve still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?
If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same.
Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item is shipped to you.
In order to cancel an item in your order:
Log into your account on http://kinduz.com and go to the ‘Orders’ page.
Identify the item you want to cancel and cancel it.
Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible
Why don’t I see a ‘Cancel’ link, or why do I see a disabled ‘Cancel’ link?
This can mean the following things:
- The item is already shipped
- The item is non-refundable (eg. Clothing, KINDUZ Certifications, KINDUZ Skill Assessments, KINDUZ Workshops, KINDUZ Events, KINDUZ Memberships)

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
The money will be transferred back to the source of transaction, and it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund.
My replacement request has been declined. What can I do?
In case your request for replacement is declined, and you are unconvinced with the reason provided, you can write to us to at services@kinduz.com
You can file a dispute within 3 calendar days of KINDUZ declining the replacement. Both KINDUZ and the buyer will follow the dispute resolution process as below.
What is the dispute resolution process?
The terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India.
In the event of any dispute or disagreement between the parties, each of the parties agree:
- to use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes amicably between the two parties, without having to invoke the dispute resolution procedures;
- that each of the parties will appoint a designated officer to discuss and endeavour to resolve such dispute within seven calendar days of receiving notice of there being a problem;
- that the designated officers will bring the parties together and resolve the dispute within thirty calendar days of the notice; and
The dispute resolution will happen via mutually agreed virtual media or at Hyderabad, India, PIN: 500007 only - The parties agree to bear their own costs for the resolution
- that the terms of the solutions or settlement shall be in writing, and be signed by the designated officers of both parties
In the event that an amicable resolution of the matter is not reached within thirty calendar days, as mentioned above:
- Either party may have the matter referred to a mediator at Hyderabad, India, approved by the Republic of India
- The parties agree to equally bear the costs of the mediation
- The mediation will happen at Hyderabad, India, PIN: 500007 only
- The terms of the solutions or settlement shall be in writing, and be signed by the designated officers of both parties
In the event that an amicable resolution of the matter is not reached through mediation, as mentioned above:
- Either party may have the matter referred for Arbitration under the auspices and governed by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Republic of India
- The parties agree to equally bear the costs of the arbitration
- The arbitration will happen at Hyderabad, India, PIN: 500007 only
- The terms of the solutions or settlement shall be in writing, and be signed by the designated officers of both parties
In case dispute resolution is not possible by any other means, the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, India only
Force Majeure
Force Majeure means any industrial dispute, fire, war, acts of civil or military authorities, riot, rebellion, terrorism, sabotage, embargo, accidental explosion, flood, storm, act of God, extreme weather condition giving rise to an evacuation affecting the premises that are the subject of the services, any legislation, regulation, valid direction by a government agency, or any other external event beyond the reasonable control of a party which frustrates the performance of KINDUZ without its fault or negligence
- KINDUZ will not be in breach of the terms and conditions nor liable to the buyer if it does not perform or delays performing an obligation because of a Force Majeure Event. In every such case, KINDUZ will exercise all reasonable efforts to mitigate the extent of such delay or failure; and
- KINDUZ shall cooperate with and assist the buyer in all reasonable ways to minimize the impact of Force Majeure
