Vineet Sharma who is an astute strategy thinker and expert in change management, strategy deployment and a passionate continuous improvement leader. Vineet has a proven track record of strategizing and implementing enterprise-wide improvement programs in both Services and Manufacturing sectors with over three decades of professional hands on experience working with scores of organizations.

An alumnus of IIT- Roorkee and trained at GE’s Manager Development & Leadership Program Vineet has worked directly with leading organizations including more than a decade at GE and long stints at other organizations such as IPCL, Max Life Insurance, QAI & HT Media. He has worked in various operational as well as Quality & Service Excellence Leadership roles.

Vineet has a very good understanding of Business Excellence with EFQM & Malcolm Baldrige excellence models and has an experience in simplifying the underlying concepts of business excellence for implementation in diverse organizations across multiple sectors.

Vineet has practical and hands on experience in implementing Business Excellence as well as leadership experience in leading Operations and Supply Chain Management, Strategy Deployment, Sales Management & deployment of Lean & Six Sigma at large organizations. An expert and Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, he has an outstanding ability for identifying real business issues and integrating practical solutions to meet challenging business priorities.

Having led consulting stints with big corporate across industry sectors including BFSI, IT & ITeS, Telecom and Media he has honed skills in making businesses gain turnaround by adopting global best practices based on various quality & excellence frameworks with appropriate offerings to help organizations with their unique business priorities and overcome those problem areas which hinder profitable growth of an organization in a comprehensive manner.
