• Cash Flow Management
• Leading the Finance Team to manage all financial transaction and accounts for all subsidiaries of KINDUZ such as but not limited to in India, UK, Mexico and USA.
• Leading the Finance Team (1-2) members to ensure all transactions are complete and on time. Financial transactions include but are not limited to:
  1. Vendor Payments
  2. Reimbursements
  3. Invoices
  4. Tax Payments
  5. Transfer Pricing between KINDUZ companies
• Financial, Labour Compliance related to all taxes in India, UK, Mexico and USA.
• Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available
• Participate in Commercial Bidding and Proposals across the Globe
• Research and Recommendations on Global Expansion of KINDUZ basis (but not limited to):
  1. International Trade agreements
  2. International Taxation
  3. International Labour Laws
  4. Market Need
• Undertake Financial Forecasting and Budgeting
• Cost optimization
• Share Valuations
• Debt planning and restructuring
• Raising Investments
  1. Company Valuation
  2. Shortlisting investors
  3. Pitching to Investors
• Undertake entry and review of Entries wherever needed
• Monitor, review and report Financial Progress of all Business Units of KINDUZ
• Providing financial services to potential customers in/outside of India

• Specific Lead Metrics and Lag Metrics will be defined for each role in discussion with the Leadership team, to ensure alignment of work with the Organization Goals
• These need to be tracked by one-self and the status reported against each Lead and Lag Metric, in the monthly Self Development Report (SDR) that is created, reviewed, finalized and filed on a monthly basis

• More than 5 years of Finance Experience is a must
