In the role of a Marketing Analyst, KINDUZ is looking for individuals who are passionate about creating and deploying marketing strategies to create brand equity for KINDUZ.

In addition, you will be responsible for lead generation and sales support and actual sales on the ground.

Job Description Overall Marketing

  • Branding of KINDUZ Globally with a focus on Brand Equity specifically with the Target Market
  • Target Market identification and maintaining the focus
  • Contact identification and Contact Qualification
  • Pull and Push Marketing
  • Contact Engagement
  • Setting up the personal meetings
  • Marketing and Sales Material Creation and Management

Pull Marketing i.e. In-bound Marketing

  • Management of KINDUZ online presence including:
    • Websites, their structure and content (pages, blogs, podcasts, videos, etc.)
    • KINDUZ Shoppe
    • Social Media
    • Search Engine Optimization
    • Affiliate Strategy
    • Coupon Management Strategy
  • Alliances and Partner Management
  • In-bound Call Management
  • Event Management
  • Conference Management
  • Public Speaking Management

Push Marketing i.e. Out-bound Marketing

  • Design, drive and manage campaigns
  • Had copy mailers
  • Cold Calling

Sales

  • Undertaking sales meetings
  • Undertaking custom solutioning for customers
  • Building specific domain relevant skills
  • Undertake and manage analytics and present reports on all the above areas
  • Maintain flexibility to deliver other roles from time to time
  • Customer relationship management
  • Demonstrate strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Able to understand, evaluate and suggest improvement through sound judgment
  • Research, collect and consolidate data on the focus market, clients, and competitors into presentations and reports
Self Performance Tracking
  • Specific Lead Metrics and Lag Metrics will be defined for each role in discussion with the Leadership team, to ensure alignment of work with the Organization Goals
  • These need to be tracked by one-self and the status reported against each Lead and Lag Metric, in the monthly Self Development Report (SDR) that is created, reviewed, finalized and filed on a monthly basis

    Knowledge of the following tools is preferred but not mandatory

Base Location of Work and Travel Requirements
  • Hyderabad, India
  • Travel to other countries as required
Work Permit
  • If he/she is not an Indian Citizen, then he/she should have a valid work permit to work in India.
Education Mandatory

  • Graduation (any stream) from an authorized institution of the country of certification
  • A Master’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing and Sales from an authorized institution of the country of certification
