Role Overview | Drive continuous improvement culture in KINDUZ client’s organization. Identify issues and challenges, lead and facilitate improvement projects, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of organizational improvements and changes identified.
In the role of a JDIP Consultant, KINDUZ is looking for individuals who can work at Client Locations to support clients and their teams to deliver Just Do It improvement projects (JDIP) on the ground (which include but not limited to Action Workouts, Kaizen Projects, 5S Projects, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and/or Green Belt Projects). You will need to be involved right from generating ideas, selection of projects to assisting the team in collecting data, drawing inferences, identifying the solutions and control mechanisms. You will be responsible for ensuring Just Do It improvement projects are successfully implemented and achieve the ROI. At the end, the success of the Initiative will be measured by the amount of ROI that the customer has achieved. KINDUZ defines ROI as:
