All these services are driven by a team of motivated and skilled consultants. The HR team plays a key role in identifying these consultants in the industry, getting them onboard in KINDUZ and managing their growth at KINDUZ.

Job Description KINDUZ is looking for HR Analyst to:

  • Forecast HR requirements and create HR budgets
  • Create Job Descriptions basis requirements from the Business Units
  • Source candidates from the industry for different roles
  • Shortlist applications basis Job Description
  • Guide candidates through the Evaluation Process
  • Onboard selected candidates into KINDUZ
  • Engage existing employees to keep them focussed and motivated
  • Plan regular interventions to grow the skills of employees
  • Understand Labour Law and ensure compliance
  • Track leaves and attendance and benefits
Tool Skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Online Job Platforms like Naukri, Monster, etc.

Base Location of Work and Travel Requirements
  • Hyderabad, India
  • Travel to other countries as required

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or other equivalent degree,
