• Managing the Finance Team of 1-2 members to manage all financial transaction and accounts for all subsidiaries and associated organizations of KINDUZ based in India, UK, Mexico and USA
• Preparing financial reports like Finance dashboards for Headquarters, global organizations and client organizations (some of which are in international languages)
• Budget management
• Raising invoices and cash collection
• Monitor and report financial progress of all Business Units of all organizations
• Monitoring and reporting income, cashflows and Controlling expenditure
• Collect, present and interpreted reports, budgets, accounts, financial statements and tax reports
• Coordinating with banks and able to take over the responsibility ODI transfer (Overseas Direct Investment)
• Financial compliance related to submission of documents to RBI for foreign direct investment Tax filings such as but not limited to GST, TDS, Professional Tax
• Preparing Annual Statements including Cash Flow Statements, P&L Statements, Balance sheets and Tax reports
• Financial and legal Compliance related to all taxes in India, UK, Mexico and USA
• Participate in Commercial Bidding and Proposals across the Globe
• Ledger Bookkeeping
• Knowledge of PF, ESI and Bonus calculations
• Preparing Form 16A
• Coordination with all regulatory agencies
• Undertake Valuation of companies
• Undertake investor relations

• Specific Lead Metrics and Lag Metrics will be defined for each role in discussion with the Leadership team, to ensure alignment of work with the Organization Goals
• These need to be tracked by one-self and the status reported against each Lead and Lag Metric, in the monthly Self Development Report (SDR) that is created, reviewed, finalized and filed on a monthly basis

• More than 8 years of Finance Experience is a must
